  • Scrub Color(s): Surgical green or navy
  • Number of Beds: 40
  • Patient Ratios: 1:2
  • Unit staffing description: HUC available 7:30-4; 4 PCTs scheduled each day and assigned to specific pods. Can draw labs, do catheterizations, and transport patients
  • Type of equipment: standard PACU equipment
  • Documentation system: Cerner
  • Scheduling requirements: 6 week schedules at a time; 3 call shifts required within the 6 weeks
  • Floating policy: Float within peri-anesthesia (Endoscopy/PreOp/Phase II)
  • Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics

  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Hiring profile: Requested Skill Set: Trauma experience, pediatric experience Must have: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale experience Advanced skills needed: ventilator monitoring
