About the role
A travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room position is available for 26 weeks in Portland, Maine. This role requires 40 hours per week, with shifts ranging from 10 to 40 hours, including occasional weekends or call.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in an operating room setting
- Assist with surgical procedures under the supervision of a surgeon
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during operations
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in an operating room setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills

Pay
The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The shift is from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (36) or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40), with occasional weekends or call.
