The facility is a large, 794‑bed Level I Trauma Center with Magnet Designation and Comprehensive Stroke Center status. The operating room department includes 28 beds and two hybrid rooms for cardiovascular and vascular procedures, handling approximately 60–75 cases per day. The OR team is supported by charge nurses, anesthesiologists, resource nurses, educators, service line representatives, and EPIC super‑users.

Patient types served include outpatient, inpatient, and trauma cases such as GSW, stabbings, transplants (kidney, heart), general, GYN, urology, robotics, vascular, ortho, neuro, and open hearts/CABGs. The hybrid room sees 5–10 cases per day (TAVR, AAA, endarterectomies, angiograms, fistula revisions – adults only).
