About the role

Operating Room (OR) Nurse in the hospital setting. This position involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care, primarily focusing on orthopedic procedures, including total joint surgeries. The role includes working with advanced robotic technology, such as Davinci robotics, and supporting implementation of new programs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• Scrub experience highly preferred
• Experience with Davinci robotics necessary
• Experience with orthopedic surgeries, including total joint procedures required
• Minimum 0 years of experience required
• Prior experience with Cerner electronic medical record system preferred
• Ability to support implementation of upcoming robotic surgery programs
• Strong orthopedic skills
• Access to own vehicle (public transportation not accessible)
• Orientation held biweekly
