Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,560 per week
Operating Room (OR) RN-Circulator position available in Belfast, ME. This role involves providing perioperative nursing care in a surgical setting, supporting multiple types of surgeries including endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, and urology. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in a surgical setting as an OR RN-Circulator.
- Support a variety of surgical specialties, including endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, and urology.
- Work in a facility with 3 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms, utilizing equipment such as Stryker, Storz, and Steris.
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio for surgical cases.
- Participate in rotating on-call hours from Friday at 4:15 PM until Monday at 6:45 AM, including rotating holiday call.
Requirements
- Valid RN license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications.
- A minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an operating room setting.
Qualifications
- Scrub experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Schedule
- Dayshift, 9 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Assignment duration: 13 weeks, starting on 09/06/2026 and ending on 12/04/2026.
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly.
