Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of surgical care including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Assist with anesthesia administration and monitor patient vital signs during surgery.
• Manage surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are sterile and ready for use.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of procedures.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain medical records.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in operating room setting preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN.
