Licensure

• MO: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state).
• IL: License in hand required at time of submittal.
• Compact: Must match permanent residence otherwise submit for update + confirm ETA.

Charting System Experience

• PREFERRED: Epic

Trauma Level Experience

• REQUIRED

Other Requirements

• Scrub preferred, Circulate required
• All travelers will float within service line
• Response time for call: 45 minutes
• Working after call: Up to 8 hours of rest time given if on call after midnight
• Home address must be at least 75 miles from facility
• No local travelers allowed, except for Patient Care Technicians, Certified Nurse Assistants, and Medical Assistants

Additional Information

• All RNs (except Behavioral Health, Case Manager & Outpatient) are required to obtain ACLS by compliance hard document deadline.
• Modules are required for RNs and must be completed prior to start.
