Special Requirements

• Floating may be required to other campuses.
• On-Call & Weekend Requirements: On-Call Shifts 12-hour call shifts, divided evenly among approximately 15 RNs. Weekdays: 19:00 - 07:00. Weekends/Holidays: 19:00 - 07:00 OR 07:00 - 19:00. Weekend Coverage: Required for on-call support only.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of OR experience required. (1st-time travelers are accepted).
• Licensure: Active Washington (WA) or Compact State RN License (All Swedish facilities honor active compact licenses).
• Certifications: AHA BLS (Required); ACLS (Preferred).

Skills

• Strictly Required Skills: Ortho - Sports Med, Robotics, Procedure Sedation, Blood/Blood Products Administration, Drains & Epidural Pumps, PICC/Central Lines & Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care, Wound Vac.
• Highly Preferred Skills: Scrub experience, ENT with endoscope experience.
