Job Details
- Shift: Days, 12 hours shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- At least 1 year of recent OR experience
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- CNOR certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Additional Information
Demonstrates knowledge of conditions/diagnoses, procedures, and equipment for surgical patients. Supports completion of pre-operative and post-operative assessments and education. Evaluates Pre Admission Testing (PAT) orders for appropriateness based on surgery, patient age, and health status. Contributes to the perioperative team by prioritizing patient care based on needs and condition changes. Demonstrates professional practice responsibility and maintains confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
