About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Provide high-quality patient care for neonatal patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Achieve alignment with clinical standards and protocols
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a clinical setting
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred
- Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last ten (10) years preferred
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Up-to-date licensure required
- Flexibility for night shifts is essential

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
