Shift: 12‑hour nights (7 PM – 7 AM), 36 hours per week, weekend schedule, no call requirements.

Unit: NICU (675) – 2nd floor, 7 beds, patient ratio 2:3.

Equipment: BCPAP, HFNC.

Documentation system: Meditech, CPN.

Scheduling: Self‑scheduling; floating as needed.

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted).
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital/specialty experience.
• Level III NICU experience.
• Ability to attend deliveries, including C‑sections.

Preferred Qualifications

• Team‑player attitude.
• Experience with Meditech documentation system.
