Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Experience with advanced neonatal care techniques
- Strong understanding of neonatal physiology
Preferred Qualifications
- NRP preferred
