Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. -> This includes Pay info: Pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, tax-free stipend TBD. Since stipend TBD, we should not create Pay section if content is just "tax-free stipend amount to be determined" (which is TBD). However we have "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" in Benefits. That's a benefit statement. The Pay section should only be included if posting actually states them (specific pay). It does not give a specific number or range, just says competitive pay. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Benefits, we have specific benefits listed, so we can include Benefits. For Pay, we have only "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" which is vague but still states pay is competitive. However the instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state that there is competitive pay, but not specific. Might be considered stating them (they mention pay). However they also say "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's vague but still mentions pay package. I'd lean to include a Pay section with the statement about pay being based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, and that tax-free stipend amount TBD. However the instruction also says: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". The Pay section would have placeholder text "tax-free stipend amount to be determined" which is TBD-like. That's filler. So we should not include Pay section if it only contains placeholder. Better to omit Pay section. Schedule: we have Shift: 12 hours, 36 hours per week. That's schedule info. We can include Schedule section with those details. Not placeholder. About the role: we have a paragraph describing the role: "Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a NICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Minot, ND. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team." plus maybe the Summary and Why Choose Fusion? Could be part of About the role. Responsibilities: Essential Work Functions list. Requirements: maybe Required Qualifications? Could be separate from Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which to include. We have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Qualifications section (with required and preferred). Or we could have Requirements for required qualifications and Qualifications for preferred? But they said "Requirements, Qualifications". Likely Requirements = required qualifications, Qualifications = preferred or additional. We'll do that. Skills: Required Essential Skills list. Benefits: list. Schedule: shift and hours. We also have Start Date and Duration. Where to put? Could be in About the role or maybe a separate section like "Assignment Details". But not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive info. So include start date, duration, location, etc. Let's craft HTML. Structure:
