Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes promptly
- Cookordination with multidisciplinary teams and support families
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license in the state
- Experience in neonatal or critical care nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Able to work night shifts
- Caregiving and patient-focused approach
