Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), supporting vulnerable newborns and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care, monitor patient progress, and ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Manage complex neonatal cases, administer medications, and utilize specialized equipment to support infant health.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active nursing license, neonatal or critical care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work in high-pressure environments are essential.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to diverse patient needs is required.
Key Duties
