Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the NICU for neonatal patients
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill newborns
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience in a NICU setting
- Current BLS Certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Key Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor neonatal vital signs and respond to changes
- Support families and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards
- Document patient care accurately and timely
