Medical Surgical with Telemetry nurses are needed for a facility located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role involves providing high-quality patient care across multiple units, including medical-surgical, progressive care, emergency department, and intensive care units. Strong telemetry experience is essential for managing patients with cardiac monitoring needs. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience and be separated from their previous employer for at least six months.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in medical-surgical, progressive care, emergency department, and intensive care units
• Manage patients requiring cardiac monitoring with strong telemetry skills
• Adapt to different clinical environments within the facility as part of a float pool

Requirements

• MS TELE (Medical Surgical with Telemetry) certification or experience
• 2+ years of relevant RN experience
• EPIC electronic health record system experience
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience
• Must have been separated from previous employer for 6 or more months

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience floating between unit types, including PCU, ICU, and ED
• Experience caring for med-surg boarders

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
