Medical Surgical/Solid Organ Transplant Unit
- 36-bed unit
- Provides medical surgical/telemetry and progressive care
- Serves adult pre and post liver, kidney, pancreas, intestinal transplant patients and intestinal rehabilitation patients
- Adolescent patients starting at age 15 are on the unit but cared for by core staff only
- Ratios are 1:5 days/1:6 nights
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS required
- 2 years of prior experience required (must have 2 years exp in large, urban hospital)
- EPIC charting experience required
