Requirements
- Prefers 2 years of experience, open to 1 year with strong MS/Tele background
- Community Hospital experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Epic experience
- 1st time travelers accepted
- 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year
- Separation Period: 1 year
- Candidates should be open to floating to Rehab unit as needed
- No pushes in start date will be honored
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a hospital setting specializing in MS/Tele nursing
- Maintain documentation and charting within Epic system
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital policies including medication administration via Pyxis
- Float to Rehabilitation unit as needed and maintain flexibility with patient ratios
