Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $3,079 per week

About the role

Hospital in Southern Arizona is looking for RNs to complete a 13-week assignment on their Med Surg 2 West unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Implement treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona.
