Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,205 per week

Job Summary

Medical Surgical Floor Nurse position located in Shawano, Wisconsin. This role involves providing care on a 20-bed critical access unit with IMU patients, primarily managing detox, stroke assessments, respiratory cases, and pain control. The assignment features 12-hour night shifts with a focus on clinical excellence and adaptability within a busy environment.

Required Qualifications

• WI Registered Nurse (RN) or Compact License
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• At least 2 years of Medical Surgical experience and Critical Access experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel experience is strongly preferred
• EPIC charting experience within the last year

Schedule & Additional Details

• Shift: 12-hour night shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Float rotation may be required across all facility units within skillset, and to all locations within a 60-mile radius
• Holiday rotation, including working Labor Day
• Must work and complete at least one previous contract to be considered
• No travelers from a facility or their home location within 50 miles of the Neenah, WI campus
• No on-call or call back requirements
