Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,135 per week
Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) in the MS specialty is needed in an organization that provides a high level of patient care within a diverse medical-surgical environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, managing a patient load that includes a variety of acute and chronic conditions, and contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.
Job Details
- Position Description: General Medicine Med Surg RN.
- Prior Travel Experience Required for All Centra Positions!
- Charge Responsibility May Be Required.
- The RN Will Receive the Appropriate Pay Differential and Training.
- Typical Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:6.
- Patient Population: Patients with GI bleeds, COPD, CHF, diabetes complications, ESRD, dementia, TIA/Stroke, A-Fib, hypertension, sepsis, vascular issues, and more.
- Ancillary Support: Phlebotomy, EKG techs, CNA, supplies, and equipment support available on the floor.
Required Qualifications
- Certifications related to Medical Surgical nursing.
- Active License.
- At Least 2 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Location in the Organizations Service Area.
- Experience With Cerner Preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience Working in a Teaching Hospital Environment.
- With Float Assignments.
