Job Details Position Description: The Registered Nurse I assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies/procedures for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating patient functional status. Required Qualifications: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License; Completion of basic professional curriculum of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing; 1 year of related experience; Working knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways; Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently; Ability to be detail-oriented when examining clinical and numerical data; 12-hour rotating shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications: ER experience. Additional Information: The position involves caring for patients on a Medical Surgical Floor with a focus on patient assessment, education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. The shift schedule includes 12-hour rotating shifts. Candidates should be prepared to float to other departments if needed.
