Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,080 per week

About the Role

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Wheatland, Wyoming. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards, with a focus on delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care to adult patients in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans
• Document clinical activities accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Supervise staff or workflow within the department as needed
• Participate in quality improvement activities

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in Wyoming or a compact RN license
• BLS certification
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area (preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Baccalaureate in Nursing) preferred
• Professional certification related to medical-surgical nursing beneficial
