Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,020 per week

Job Summary

The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in an acute care facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves providing exceptional patient care on a Medical Surgical unit, with specific attention to unit protocols, patient ratios, and unit-specific procedures. The RN will deliver high-quality care consistent with established standards, supporting the organization's commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) every third weekend (Friday and Saturday) with at least 36 hours guaranteed per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• BLS certification
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• 2 years of travel experience on a Medical Surgical unit

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Acute Care/Medical Surgical settings

Additional Information

• The candidate must be available during the first week of orientation for onboarding at the designated reporting location, which is the Heart Center on the 4th floor.
• Parking is available in designated yellow-lined spots toward the back of the parking lot in front of the Emergency Room.
• Position Type: Replacement position for a vacant role in a facility with 30 beds and a patient ratio of approximately 1:5/6. The focus is on positive, team-oriented candidates who can work with a flexible schedule.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
