About the role
The Professional Registered Nurse (RN) is a member of the care delivery team working on a Medical Surgical Floor within an acute care setting. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients, demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and commitment to patient-centered outcomes through the application of clinical expertise and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform in accordance with system-wide competencies and behaviors
- Actively participate in quality improvement efforts
- Incorporate research and evidence-based practice
- Provide comprehensive patient education
- Float rotation may be required
Requirements
- RN license required; BSN preferred
- 2 years of experience required
- Location in Pennsylvania
- Valid certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, PA Act 73
Schedule
- Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
