Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
• Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS Certification (copy needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• 1 Reference in entire work history
• License in hand
• 1 year of Level I or large Level II experience required
