Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patients’ needs and develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse, MS
- Experience: 1 year 6 months
- Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
- Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- 1 Reference in entire work history
- 1 year of Level 1 or Level ll experience
- MUST have Cardizem aND Amiodarone drip exp
