About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 13-week assignment starting July 24, 2026, in Mauston, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff and ensure patient safety and quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
- Conduct shift handovers and rounds to assess patient needs
- Ensure effective communication among nursing staff, patients, and families
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Experience managing nursing staff
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
