About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 8-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Tillamook, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
- Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
- Minimum of 2 years of RN management experience
- Experience working in an acute care setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
