About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff and ensure patient safety and quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to new nurses
- Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Hawaii
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing management experience
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Current CPR certification
Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
