- MUST have LTC Leadership experience.
- Nursing Operations: Directs daily clinical and nursing services.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partners with Social Services, Admissions, Activities, Housekeeping, and Infection Control.
- Quality Assurance: Maintains clinical standards and regulatory compliance for skilled nursing residents.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
