Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Manager for a travel nursing job in Cook, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the long-term care unit
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Oversee staff scheduling and training
- Assure quality improvement initiatives are implemented and monitored
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- MUST have 1-2 recent years of LTC experience within the past 2 years going back from today's date in order to qualify for this position
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience working in a long-term care setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Completion of an approved RN program
- Current CPR certification
