About the role
Long Term Care Nurse Practitioner in the post-acute care setting. This role involves providing patient care on a unit requiring experience in long-term care environments, with a focus on delivering quality care during assigned shifts. Float rotation may be required. Local placements within an 80-mile radius; review of unit notes and policies is necessary.
Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Every other weekend and holiday
- Minimum 36 hours per week

Requirements
- Licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
