Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive resident assessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Career with providers and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare
- Administer and reconcile medications
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff based on competency and scope
- Supervise assigned clinical personnel
- Maintain accountability for resident assignments
- Support quality-improvement initiatives, committees, and department projects
- Ensure care complies with applicable clinical standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current BLS
- Recent post-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar experience
- Strong assessment, care-planning, delegation, and leadership skills
- Comfortable managing a resident assignment while providing clinical oversight
