About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist with activities of daily living, medication administration, and other patient needs.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
