Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care - $1,887 per week

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in Charlevoix, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.
• Perform medication administration as directed by physician orders.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR).
