Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care position in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Pass a physical examination.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures.

Pay

Schedule
