About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 15-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in Grinnell, Iowa. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Iowa
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred
