Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Bakersfield, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting.
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform fetal heart monitoring and maternal fetal triage as required.
- Participate in rounds and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an RN.
- Knowledge and experience with Cerner EMR.
- Valid and unrestricted California RN license.
- Advanced NRP certification.
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Heart Monitor (FHM) certification.
- AWHONN Maternal Fetal Triage Index (MFTI) certification.
- Possession and maintenance of current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) cards.
