  • Day Shift – 1 Charge/1 Co-Charge, 2-3 Transition RNs, 8-12 L&D RNs, 2-3 Surgical Techs, Unit Sec.
  • Night Shift - 1 Charge/1 Co-Charge, 2 Transition RNs, 8-12 L&D RNs, 2 Surgical Techs, Unit Sec.
• Patient Ratios – AWHONN Staffing Standards – as staffing allows
• Type of equipment -
• EMR – Meditech / CPN

Requirements

Skill Set Most recruited for:

• Must have:
  • Laboring experience
  • OR Circulating
  • Magnesium and Oxytocin administration experience
• Preferred or nice to have:
  • C-EFM, RNC-OB
  • Newborn transitioning experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Laboring of patients
• Delivering newborns
• Cesarean sections
• Care of the antepartum patient
