Assignment Details

  • Unit / Floor: Labor & Birth
  • Openings: 10 (5 day, 5 night)
  • Shift: Nights, 3x12, 7p-7a or Days, 3x12, 7a-7p
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
  • Weekend Requirement: As required by facility
  • Call: None
  • Float: May be required to float to postpartum
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Unit Size: 15 labor beds, 7 ante, 4 pre/post
  • Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 2:1 (estimates, not guarantees)
  • Equipment: External fetal monitoring
  • Rate Note: Local candidates billed $10 below the posted travel rate

Requirements

  • Role: RN
  • Required Certifications: BLS, C-EFM, NRP
  • Experience: 2+ years labor experience at a hospital delivering 350–400 monthly
  • Preferred Certifications: ACLS, PALS
  • Dress Code: Black scrubs
