Travel nursing position in Denver, Colorado. Shift: 12 hours, nights. 36 hours per week.
About the unit(s)
- Number of Beds: 29 beds, 4 OR’s, 3 PACU Bays, 12 Antepartum rooms and 10 Triage rooms
- Number of Staff: 148
- Day Shift: 22 RN’s, 2-3 CST’s, 1 Charge and 1 Flex
- Night Shift: 20 RN’s, 1-2 CST’s, 1 Charge and 1 Flex
- Patient ratios: 2:1
- Type of equipment: Centricity and GE monitors
- EMR: Meditech / CPN
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) or AWHONN
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital L&D experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Meditech experience
- PACU experience
- OR experience
Responsibilities
- Perform typical procedures on unit(s): vaginal and c-section deliveries, D&C, hysterectomy, postpartum tubal ligation, cerclage placement, and versions
- Handle high-risk OB cases
