Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse in the Labor and Delivery Department
- Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, minimum 36 hours per week
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association (AHA), Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA, Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Licenses: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state license required
About the Role
The position requires bringing current licensure on the first day of work. The shift is nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Knowledge appropriate to the patient age and type served
- Sensitive to patient rights
- Clear communication skills
Qualifications
- Newly hired nurses with two or fewer years of experience as a Registered Nurse will be hired in at a CN I status
- Consideration for higher clinical ladder levels based on experience, certification, and further education (B.S.N. or MSN)

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
