Job Details Position: Mother/Baby Couplet Care Nurse Specialty: Mother/Baby Couplet Care Location: The healthcare provider Shift: Nights Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: 3+ years of recent postpartum experience, proficiency in clinical equipment and technology, current California RN License, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Preferred Qualifications: L&D or high-risk antepartum experience. Additional Information: The role involves engaging in patient and family-centered care, evidence-based practice, safety initiatives, and participating in clinical problem solving. The nurse may guide unlicensed assistive personnel and participate in quality improvement activities.
