Travel Nurse RN - Interventional Radiology - $3,000 per week

About the role

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel RN for an Interventional Radiology assignment at a well‑established hospital system in Wausau, Wisconsin. The unit is fast‑paced, outpatient‑focused, and supports a variety of IR procedures with a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 1:1 RN to patient ratio (average 4‑6 patients per day).
• Assist with a variety of interventional radiology procedures in an outpatient setting.
• Work alongside 1 RN and 2 Radiology Technicians.
• Maintain scrub colors as required (any color).
• Respond to weeknight on‑call calls within 30 minutes; call‑back minimum of 2 hours.
• Participate in every 5th‑6th weekend rotation and every other holiday rotation.
• Float to other Central Aspirus locations as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of RN experience in Interventional Radiology.
• BSN or ADN degree.
• Wisconsin RN license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or ARC).
• Epic charting experience preferred.

Pay

Estimated gross weekly pay: $3,000 – $5,000 plus a contract completion bonus.

Schedule

• 13‑week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• 8‑hour day shifts, start times as early as 6:30 AM.
• Every 5th‑6th weekend rotation required.
• Every other holiday rotation required.
• 1‑2 weeknight on‑call shifts as needed, with a 30‑minute response window.
