Travel Nurse RN - Interventional Radiology - $3,000 per week

About the role

This position offers a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, working 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, with varied day shifts and occasional weekend and holiday rotations. The role involves scrubbing in for interventional radiology procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting, with a 1:1 patient ratio and a 30-minute response time for call-backs.

Responsibilities

  • Varied 8-hour day shifts with start times as early as 6:30 AM
  • 40 guaranteed hours per week
  • Every 5th to 6th weekend rotation required
  • Every other holiday rotation required
  • 1-2 nights of weeknight on-call as needed with a 30-minute response time
  • Call back minimum is 2 hours
  • May be required to float to other central locations as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced interventional radiology unit with a variety of procedures
  • 1:1 patient ratio with an average of 4-6 patients per day
  • Work as part of a team consisting of 1 RN and 2 Radiology Technicians
  • Primary cases involve interventional radiology procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience required
  • Associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Epic charting experience preferred
  • Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, ACLS, BLS (AHA or ARC)
  • Scrub color: Any color

Qualifications
