Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,370 per week

About the role

Aptiva Healthcare is seeking a Travel Nurse RN for an ICU - Intensive Care Unit position in Liberty, Missouri. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/14/2026, with a schedule of 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts (1900-0700).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the ICU, including floating to the Stepdown/PCU unit as needed.
• Work every 3rd weekend and participate in on-call shifts, which may be subject to push-back or cancellation based on census and staffing levels.
• Work designated major and minor holidays.

Requirements

• 2 years of ICU RN experience (required).
• Experience in a Level 1 or 2 Trauma Center (preferred).
• Experience with CTS and Neuro patients (preferred).
• TNCC certification (preferred).
• Active MO or Compact RN License.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
