Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,720 per week

About the role

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a Travel RN for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a Level I Trauma Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position is for adult in‑patients and is a travel‑only assignment.

Schedule

• Start date: 10/12/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: Night shift – three 12‑hour night shifts per week
• Holiday policy: Only one major holiday may be requested off per contract

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for critically ill adult patients.
• Manage high‑acuity patients in an inpatient environment.
• Operate NxStage equipment and provide continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
• Monitor patient response and recognize changes in clinical condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes.
• Provide safe, evidence‑based care consistent with professional nursing standards.

Requirements

• Recent adult ICU experience.
• Hands‑on NxStage CRRT experience (required).
• Level I Trauma experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage high‑acuity and critically ill patients.
