Responsibilities

• Care for critically ill patients in a 4-bed medical-surgical intensive care unit at the facility.
• Assess, monitor, and support patients with complex needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Document care in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin RN license (Compact accepted).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• 1 reference in entire work history.

Qualifications

• Critical thinking and decisive judgment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity environment.

Pay

• Pay Rate: $2010.00 - $2114.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined).

Schedule

• Start Date: 09/21/2026.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
• 36 hours per week.
• 12-hour night shifts.
